New Off Topic Rules

Use of "Off Topic" to start or reply to threads is restricted to staff members of this board. Board code has been modified to reflect and facilitate this change.

"Off Topic" shall be the sub-board where the board staff members will send off topic threads or seriously deteriorated thread for editing (removal of severely off topic material) and for discussion by board staff for moderation purposes if the need arises.

"Off Topic" shall now be renamed "Moderation" and shall be strictly used for that purpose until further notice.

I'm sick and tired of spending my time dealing with whining socialists. I will not have it anymore.
